I worked directly with David Fairman. David had actually been a previous owner in the development in which I purchased and was very knowledgeable regarding the development as well as surrounding area. All of the paperwork was completed/submitted electronically and was a very efficient process. Closing was also easy and quick – thanks to Charlene and her team!!
