Ashley Fry is an original partner who helped us build the team from the ground up. Her contributions enable us to provide a level of service few agents can achieve. She is a Listing and Buyer Specialist, with vast knowledge from her experience over the past 10 years. Her negotiating expertise, low pressure approach and the sincere desire to do the right thing are all characteristics our clients appreciate.
Ashley’s main focus is providing her buyers and sellers with all available property details and market information to help them make the most educated real estate decisions. She feels like constant follow up and communication are the key to building long term client relationships and enjoys ending her transactions with her clients saying, “You have become part of the family.” Ashley’s background includes an Apparel Merchandising and Product Development degree from Bowling Green State University, as well a degree in Apparel Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Her eye for design translates well into an eye for house staging, decorating and remodeling. Ashley is passionate about Downtown Columbus and lives in Grove City with her husband Jason and her two boys, Landon and Austin.

From delivering meals to buyers, feeding dogs for sellers and taking a fresh bouqet of flowers to her clients, she manages to do all of the things we would like to do!
